On a doorstep where I didn’t expect it, this is what I saw, written neatly in coloured chalk.
“For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16”
On the next step, there was a white picture of a hill with 3 crosses.
On the final step, it said, “Happy Easter.”
The total unexpectedness of seeing it on that particular door step brought such joy to my heart that it’s still making me smile.
Oh wow, that is beautiful! It truly is a miraculous and definitely wonderful thing! Some people take Christ's resurrection just like every other day, nothing special, when truly it is a very special day. Unfortunately I have been that type of person before! But, its truly wonderful that God forgives and that he rose again and lives in all our hearts!
