On a beautiful Thursday, we had a party. Miss 18 concocted this delicious fruit punch. I think I had 6 glasses full, it was so good!
We had some special snacks….
Apparently the asparagus roll-ups look like little babies in blankets. The other ones were pickles; not everyone likes asparagus.
Our gardens were beautiful that day.
I’ve never seen a tulip like this one before.
The bleeding hearts are amazing, too!
We are so grateful for the blessings of friends, flowers, and good food!

Oh, I miss my bleeding hearts. I do have one small bush here. I really need to get out and take some pictures, maybe today. Looks like a lovely party. 🙂

We had a get together last week also. It is stressful to prepare my home, garden, and food but worth it!
Yes, it is somewhat stressful, but as you said, it is worth it…and I’ve been blessed with a family that loves preparing for parties.
