We are all different and in different stages of life.  While we do not have the same health and fitness concerns, we should all strive to care well for the bodies God has given us.

What is your goal? It may be to lose weight, look better, feel better, or run a marathon. My goal is to regain strength after a debilitating illness so that I can live a healthy, active life with my family.

I am so grateful for Fit Mommy!  For over two years I’ve been motivated and encouraged by it, and I think much of my current health is due to my weekly participation in Fit Mommy.  Now I am blessed to host it here at Tea Time with Annie  Kate.
