A Conference Miracle

I’ve attended many homeschooling conferences and know many dedicated and sincere people with a heart for homeschoolers and for families.

Today, however, surpassed all I’ve experienced before: one family gave every family attending our conference a package of resources.  Yes, gave, as in for free, and yes, every single family! It was not a small package either.

I can hardly understand this; it must have been very expensive, as well as time consuming to prepare all this.  Obviously these resources must have made a real impression on this family!

Now, I have not yet listened to or watched any of them, but since they inspired this kind of generosity, I though it worthwhile to share the list with you, lest I forget later.  Here’s what each family got:

  1. How to Think Like a Christian
  2. The Blessed Marriage
  3. The Visionary Father’s Role in Home Education
  4. The Wise Woman’s Guide to Blessing her Husband’s Vision
  5. The Promise:  The Beauty and Power of the Fifth Commandment
  6. The Centrality of the Home in Evangelism and Discipleship
  7. How Modern Churches are Hurting Families
  8. Divided:  Is Age Segregated Ministry Multiplying or Dividing the Church?

You can read more about the generous family at Building a Family that will Stand.  May God bless them and what they have done today.

Note: This family has no ties with the companies producing these products, but has lots of ties with the local homeschooling community and wants to bless them.
