Christmas Eve isn’t really a good time to discuss fitness, but I promised to check in every single week, so here goes.
Exercise: Yes, I’ve started walking again! It’s great because the weather has been reasonable and the ground isn’t too icy. For bad days, however, I have borrowed Leslie Sansone’s Walk for Seniors. And, no, I’m not a senior; I’m only 45, but get tired very easily.
Food: Lots of good, healthy food including yoghurt, vegetables and more fish than usual…and a few unhealthy holiday treats. 🙂
Rest: I skipped a few naps, which is not good, but other than that I’ve relaxed a lot and I even slept in!
Thanks to Denise at Got Chai? for hosting Fit Mommy all year, and Merry Christmas to you all!
Sounds awesome~I had fish this morning for breakfast…sounds gross, I know…but it really was good! I eat yogurt a good bit too~whoohoo~you GO GIRL! Thanks for the prayers and encouragement~hugs!!
Sounds like a great week! Merry Christmas!
I’m definitely not “fit.” However, as I put on my scrub pants this morning, they felt much looser. I must be losing weight, but I’m doing it in a rather hard fashion. (I can’t stay out of the bathroom.) I may have to visit the doc after Christmas if it doesn’t settle down quickly. I started taking some probiotics a couple of days ago, in hopes of helping things to quiet down.
Have a very Merry Christmas!
That’s wonderful you could borrow a Leslie Sansone DVD. I plan to begin again this week.
Sounds like you had a good week!
