Whenever I have a computer problem, I call on Mr. 15. So do my husband and other children.
However, we are not the only ones benefitting from my son?s expertise and willingness to help. Computer users throughout the world have been blessed by his advice and assistance. In fact, this week my son was honored with a Microsoft Community Contributor Award for his ?notable contributions in Microsoft online community forums.?
At his website Teen Geek, you, too, can find free help and how-to tutorials for your computer. Many of Mr. 15?s articles deal with the kind of questions I ask, like ?Where did my show desktop icon go?? and ?Help, my computer is too slow these days.? Topics include a list of Windows keyboard shortcuts, what to do if your computer is infected, how to recover lost or deleted files, and many more.
So before you despair or pay a professional to solve your computer problems, try Teen Geek. It works for our family.
Once again, I’m thrilled to see how homeschooling gives my children the time and opportunity to excel and to contribute.

That is so neat Annie Kate! My older son LOVES computers as well.
How exciting for your son! That’s a very impressive honor.
Wow! What a great way to use his skills:) Such great kids you have!
Annie Kate,
I just checked out his site- very nice! How proud you must be of his accomplishments in this area (rightly so!). I agree, homeschooling gives families so much freedom to pursue passions and excel. Your son is a case in point.
Merry Christmas,
Nancy
